Vitality Yogasana

Ideal for people with some experience and ability wanting to explore deeper practices, who are without current injury or aliment.
Bhava Class for all
Saturday 9.30-11.00PM
Location:
Different levels of asana within the practice will be given to accommodate different abilities, Hatha and Vinyasa flows that everyone can follow.
Personalised practice tailored to your needs. Verbal adjustments and variations specifically for your issues and interests. Ideal for those who have specific medical or physical issues or those who would like to deepen aspects of yogic practices. Utilising asana, breath, mudras, meditation and relaxation; to give you a full practice for your body and mind.
These private sessions will afford more time to explore the practice together.
