Finding your bhava is to find the right intent; emotional, spiritual mindful intent for your practice.
- We will take a moment to tune into ourselves, the breath, the practice and work with what flows
- For all levels and abilities, making sure you listen and observe precautions and work within your body’s range
Different levels of asana within the practice will be given to accommodate different abilities, Hatha and Vinyasa flows that everyone can follow.
